2. What shipping options are there?
Inara Aura products  ship for a flat rate of €5.99.

3. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Most orders placed Monday to Friday (except holidays) are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days and arrive within 10 to 20 business days of the shipping date: Credit Card Payment Issue credit  Incorrect shipping address Bad weather affecting normal delivery times

Orders that are on hold because items are out of stock.  In exceptional cases it may happen that we no longer have an item in stock.  In this case your order may take longer.  In this case we will contact you.

4. Can I track my package?
We know you are waiting to receive your order.  When your package ships, we will send you an email notification that includes a link to track your shipment.  You can also track the status of your shipment on 17track.net.

5. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Inara Aura takes every precaution to avoid damage during shipping.  However, if you have any issues with packaging, please contact one of our trained team members using one of the following methods:
