We have a flat shipping rate of €5.99 for all destinations worldwide. Our shipping charges cover the costs we incur to process, package and ship your order.

delivery times

While most orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) typically ship within 5 to 7 business days and arrive within 10 to 20 business days of the shipping date, there may be some delays on shipment under certain circumstances or upon arrival of delivery:

  • credit card payment problem
  • incorrect delivery address
  • Severe weather affecting normal delivery times
  • Orders are on hold because items are out of stock.  In rare cases, we may not have an item in stock.  In this case your order may take longer.  In this case we will contact you.

order tracking

We know you are waiting to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an email notification that includes a link to track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment on   17track.net   .

return policy
